When creating workouts, my main focuses are on exercises and plans that are time efficient, optimized to your goals, and keep you safe. I am a massive proponent for lengthened training which is a lifting technique using lighter weight on larger ranges of motion that is designed to increase strength, muscle mass and joint mobility and safety. Countless studies have pointed to lengthened training being equally effective, and in many cases superior, for muscle and strength gain compared to heavy training. The drastically lower injury risk as well aligns with my philosophy of longevity.
