I offer more affordable options than competitor prices. When booking 4 or more weeks for 2+ sessions/week, the price is 40$ / session. When booking 12 or more weeks for 2+ sessions/week, the price is 35$ / session.

This package includes calorie and macronutrient tracking for your weight loss goals, a periodized plan, and a workout plan. We will have weekly check ins to ensure your progress, let me know how you're feeling, and update and adjust the plans to best fit you each week. The first month is $150 and includes a free workout to help you get started on your technique and learning.
