I have a deep passion for exercise science and physiology and spend much of my free time advancing my knowledge through client practise, personal experience and scientific journals. I am a certified Personal Training Specialist through CanFitPro and have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Human Kinetics. I am also enrolled as a student in Osteopathic care.
I provide one on one private gym training sessions. The space is fully equipped with rubberized floors for stability, a smith machine and plates, a dual cable machine, adjustable dumbbells and much more.

Consultations are free! During a consultation, you'll get a feel of what it is like to work with me. I pride myself on matching exercises and program design to your individual goals and needs. To do so, we'll spend the consultation time getting to know each other and collecting information such as your time constraints, your goals, your exercise and medical history and much more. Consultation sessions take 30 minutes and by the end, I'll be able to give you a layout of what you expect from me and what I can provide to your training journey.
